Terms draft

This page is a draft for the owner to review with counsel. It is not a finished customer agreement.

BuildItOmi lets a signed-in person describe software and receive generated files, a browser preview, and a download. Generated output can be wrong. The owner has not published a warranty.

Free, Starter, Pro, and Business prices on the site are list prices in INR. They are not a tax invoice. A paid plan does not start until Razorpay confirms the payment with a signed webhook.

The production domain builditomi.com is not pointed at this application yet.
