Refunds draft

This page is a draft for the owner to review with counsel. It is not a published refund policy.

Generation credits are returned by the app when a run does not produce a verified preview, the run is cancelled, or the repair still fails. That return is a credit-ledger entry, not a cash refund.

Subscription charges, if they are later taken in Razorpay test or live mode, are not refunded by this draft. Cash refunds need an owner decision and, when live, a Razorpay refund. Live mode is off.

Cancelling a subscription is not available until a Razorpay subscription exists for the account.
