Privacy draft
This page is a draft for the owner to review with counsel. It is not a claim that BuildItOmi meets any privacy law.
The app stores an account email, display name, project prompts, generated source files, credit ledger entries, and billing requests. Firebase Authentication stores the sign-in identity in the Firebase project builditomi. Staging and the production site share that sign-in list. They do not share saved projects: production customer projects are stored in a separate set of Firestore collections from staging tests. Project files are stored as separate Firestore documents, not as one large document.
Deleting an account in Settings removes the profile, sessions, and projects from the application database. Credit entries and payment records are retained so a grant cannot be replayed. Deleting the app account does not by itself delete the Firebase Authentication user.
Local development can still keep a JSON copy under .data when Firestore is not selected. That folder is not the production source of truth.
