Local mode

Local mode is the default whenever Firebase Admin credentials are missing.

What works:

• Email and password accounts, stored locally, with scrypt password hashes.
• Projects, files, snapshots, and a credit ledger in .data.
• A scaffold that writes a Vite + React project from your prompt.
• An esbuild bundle shown in a sandboxed iframe.
• Limited revisions: rename, accent, light or dark paper, and a few extra sections.
• Source download as a zip.

What does not work, on purpose:

• Google sign-in.
• Gemini or Vertex AI.
• Firestore sync.
• Card payments.
• Publishing to a public URL.

The app does not invent keys to fill those gaps.
