Deployment

Publish checks whether a preview exists, then records a blocked deployment. The message names the missing pieces: Firebase Hosting and Cloud Run. The status never includes a URL.

Do not turn on those services until you have decided to pay for them. The setup guide lists the consoles to open later.

Downloading the zip and running npm install && npm run dev inside it is the supported way to execute the project outside BuildItOmi today.
